Distribution board
The idea: All connections of the IO Master Card will be forwarded to our distribution board. There they
are grouped so that every panel has its own group of in- and outputs. The panels will be connected to
the groups on the board via cables with D-Sub connectors (DB-25, DE-9, DE-15F).
We mill holes into the acrylic glass for the D-Sub connectors.

All holes are drilled and/or milled. Unfortunately we broke the board (in the upper right corner). But we fixed the problem by using another acrylic glass to stabilize the glass.
Afterwards we assembled all D-Subs and the two breadboards. These were added to take the 40-pin connectors for the connection to the Master Card.
The first connections have been soldered ... and there are more to come.
...it's not getting less work...
The first milestone was reached:
All Inputs were soldered.
The first tests were satisfying.
Now all connections for the Outputs (no 7-segement-Displays) are finished.
